Permits and Licenses
The Port issues permits and licenses for:
- Construction within the Port’s jurisdiction
- Encroachment on sidewalks or streets within the Port’s jurisdiction
- Hosting public or private events on Port parks or piers
- Street performers licenses in Fisherman’s Wharf
- Mobile vending permits
- Public art installations
Film productions requesting to close Port streets or sidewalks must have a permit from the SF Film Commission.
