Notice to Vacate

I am giving my notice to vacate my assigned berth/slip at South Beach Harbor.

I am notifying the Harbormaster in writing at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the date the berth will be vacated.

I will notify the Harbormaster immediately if these plans change.

I understand that fees still apply until the vessel leaves the Harbor. I will be charged for any property damage incurred during my tenure.

Any removal of items left in and around the dock box may incur disposal fees.

Vacating the berth is not complete until I have paid all balances due and returned the parking tag assigned to my account.

Any refunded balances will be sent to the address confirmed below.
