Sublicense Terms
I agree to allow South Beach Harbor to offer my berth/slip to sublicensees for the stated time frame. I agree to continue paying the berth license fees during the stated time frame.
I agree to return to the berth when the sublicensee vacates the berth.
If I decide to use the berth before the sublicense time frame has ended, I agree to pay any costs the Harbor incurs to terminate the sublicensee agreement or remove the sublicensee from the berth.
Sublicense Rules
The sublicense period cannot extend longer that six months in a 12-month period. The berth holder will be credited monthly 50% of the income received from the sublicense. If the berth is used by a guest vessel, the berth holder will receive 50% of the amount paid to use the berth.
The timeframe of this agreement cannot be extended. A new agreement must be submitted if you want to prolong the duration of your sublicence agreement.
