Rising Through Investment Dedication Engagement and Support
The Port of San Francisco endeavors to break down barriers to opportunity by promoting economic mobility and workforce access for underrepresented and economically disadvantaged communities. The Port seeks to create a pipeline of skilled local workers who are essential to a vibrant waterfront and trained to support Port operations and maritime activity.
In alignment with this mission, the Port has developed the Rising T.I.D.E.S. Intern and Mentorship Program. Rising TIDES an acronym for Rising Through Investment, Engagement and Support is an internship and mentorship program for San Francisco residents aged 15-25.
As a working waterfront, we are especially interested in exposing youth and young adults to the Maritime industry and other Port operation industries.
Dive into exciting career opportunities across our diverse Port operations—from Engineering and Real Estate Development to Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Maritime, and more. Whether you're passionate about innovation, strategy, or sustainability, there’s a place for you to make an impact!"
