Project Summary 

Parcel K North is located within the larger Pier 70 Special Use District. It is part of a trust termination parcel, which allowed it to be sold to a joint venture of TMG Partners and Presidio Bay Ventures and developed for housing. The site will contain a 65-foot tall, 377,506 square foot mixed use building containing 245 for-sale residential units over ground floor amenity and retail spaces. It will also include a 20th St/Illinois St Plaza and improvements to Michigan St.
