Scott Landsittel serves as Deputy Director of Real Estate & Development overseeing the management of the Port’s operating real estate portfolio and development activities. This includes more than 20 million square feet of space and development sites in partnership with private developers.
Scott joined the Port in 2024 and brings over 16 years of real estate development and asset management experience, primarily focused on the repositioning of office and mixed-use projects. He has execution expertise across multiple disciplines, including property management, leasing, entitlement, construction, acquisitions, and business development. Prior to joining the Port, he held positions at Related Companies, Boston Properties, Jamestown, and LBA Realty.
Scott holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He has been involved locally with BOMA, CoreNet, NAIOP and ULI. Scott lives with his family in San Francisco.
