This is a 512’ long, 72’ wide, 52’ tall, industrial-vernacular rectangular steel warehouse with corrugated metal siding and a gable roof, which occupies a total of 37,128 square-feet. It stands at an angle along the waterfront between Piers 70 and 60, and was built on vacant land and tidal flats.

This building originally functioned as a warehouse for storing outfitting materials used to outfit ships in the outfitting docks off of both Pier 68 and Pier 70. Building 6 is currently vacant.
