Port Beautification Day: Mission Bay Mariposa Park

Join the Port of San Francisco for a volunteer beautification day at our Mission Bay Mariposa Park. Volunteers will have the opportunity to work alongside Port staff and make a difference along the historic San Francisco waterfront. Volunteers can expect to pull weeds, litter pick, and enjoy a morning of community service.

Event Overview

• The event kicks off at Mission Bay Mariposa Park under the Port tent. Check-in will begin at 8:30 AM. All volunteers will need to complete a liability waiver.

• Port staff will share some information about the park, review the day’s activities, and provide a quick safety overview.

• Volunteers and Port Staff will then head to their assigned work.

• Work will take place for about 3 hours (9-12), with everyone returning to the kickoff location around noon.
