Building 14 is a double-gable metal warehouse measuring 140' x 116' 6" in plan by 66' tall, for a total of 15,969 square-feet. It was likely constructed as part of the WWII effort.
This structure historically functioned as a Heavy Warehouse where equipment was stored for work on heavy machinery in Machine Shop 1 and for outfitting ships with mechanical and propulsion systems. The building is currently used for storage by the Port's maintenance division.
